flustix RECYCLED is a unique seal that makes the use of recyclates visible.Flakes, regrind, recyclates themselves and semi-finished products can also be certified. In addition to plastics, many recycled materials are suitable for certification. We follow the specifications of our certification partner DIN CERTCO and its system of declaration in accordance with the “Certification scheme for products made from recycled material in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14021, DIN EN 15343, as of February 2023”.
After positive testing, the recycled material content is shown as a percentage value in the flustix seal on your product. Furthermore, the recycled material type is identified by an abbreviation on the seal (PIR / PCR / MIX) to inform your customers even more transparently about the quality of your product. Plastikfreies Gesamtprodukt
Dieses flustix Siegel stellt einen Meilenstein im Verbraucherschutz dar. Erstmalig können Hersteller durch ein unabhängiges Zertifikat nachweisen, keinerlei Kunststoffe an den Endverbraucher zu vermarkten – sowohl im Produkt als auch in der Verpackung.
Produktinhalt ohne Mikroplastik
Dieses flustix Siegel zertifiziert Produkte, die ohne Mikroplastik auskommen. Meist handelt es sich dabei um flüssige Produktinhalte aus dem Kosmetik- und Waschmittelbereich. flustix prüft und zertifiziert mit seinen akkreditierten Partnern auf Basis der bisher einzigen international angesehenen Mikroplastikdefinition von ECHA (inkl. ISO/TR 21960:2020).
RECYCLABLE
flustix RECYCLABLE zeichnet Recyclingfähigkeit von Verpackungen aus. Die Basis der Überprüfung bildet eine Laboranalyse, in der die Rezyklierbarkeit der in der Verpackung verwendeten Materialien nachgewiesen wird. Die unabhängige Zertifizierung kann B2B und B2C verwendet werden.
RECYCLED
flustix RECYCLED macht den Einsatz von Rezyklaten glaubwürdig sichtbar. Neben Endprodukten können auch Flakes, Mahlgut, Rezyklate selbst sowie Halbzeuge zertifiziert werden. Der Prozentsatz der eigesetzten Rezyklate sowie die Materialart (PCR/PIR/MIX) werden am Siegel gekennzeichnet. Das flustix RECYCLED Siegel birgt Vorteile bei der Öffentlichen Beschaffung und spart Umlagekosten im Dualen System.
Plastikfreie Verpackung
Produkte, die plastikfrei verpackt sind, können mit diesem flustix Siegel gekennzeichnet werden. Ausgezeichnet wird dabei ausschließlich die Verpackung, nicht der Inhalt.
Zahlreiche Produkte, zum Beispiel aus dem Bereich der Technik, können nur schwerlich ohne Kunststoff auskommen. Kunststofffreie Verpackung hingegen ist sehr wohl möglich vor allem nachhaltig.
Plastikfreies Produkt
Dieses flustix Siegel ist erhältlich für Gesamtprodukte, die keine Kunststoffe enthalten, aber in Plastik verpackt sind – oder vielmehr sein müssen, beispielsweise aus hygienischen Gründen.
