Scope of Application<\/strong><\/h3>\n
A sub-license is required if \u00a0a company intends to apply the flustix seal to a certified product with a customized branding (i.e., different from the main certificate holder\u2019s branding).<\/h5>\n
For art designs that do not include customized branding, a sub-license is not required.<\/h5>\n

Why is a Sub-License Required?<\/strong><\/h3>\n
To ensure full transparency, regulatory compliance, and consumer protection, it is mandatory that the branding of the certified product aligns with the applied flustix seal, including its unique license number. This ensures that the product, certification, and certificate holder remain clearly linked.<\/h5>\n

How does the process work?<\/strong><\/h3>\n
Companies can obtain a sub-license through a quick, purely document-based process, with a typical turnaround time of approximately 2 weeks.<\/h5>\n

Steps to Apply for a Sub-License<\/h3>\n

    Download and complete the Application Form<\/a>:<\/strong> Download the standardized application form \u2013 it covers all flustix certifications (LESS PLASTICS – PLASTIC-FREE, MICROPLASTIC-FREE, RECYCLED, RECYCLABLE).<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n

    Fill in and sign the Sub-License Agreement<\/a>:<\/strong>The agreement is pre-structured for all certification types and must be signed by both the main license holder and the sub-licensee.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n

    Submit your documents<\/strong>: Send the completed forms directly to contact@flustix.com<\/strong><\/a> to receive a tailored quotation and initiate the process.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
