We are looking for support in Sales for our team at flustix | Rethink Plastics (Working Student, 15\u201320 h\/week, starting January 2026)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

As a Working Student (m\/f\/d) in International Sales & Operations<\/strong> within the field of sustainability certifications<\/strong>, you will work in a varied role at the interface between Sales and Process Management. In close collaboration with our Sales team, you will support us in day-to-day operations and take on recurring tasks independently \u2013 from structured client communication to administrative sales activities and support for ongoing projects.<\/p>\n

What matters to us:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Strong interest in sustainability topics and confidence in professional client communication (German & English)<\/li>\n
  • A structured and proactive working style, including the ability to prioritise tasks independently \u2013 even when several topics run in parallel<\/li>\n
  • Strong communication skills, service orientation and a confident, friendly demeanour<\/li>\n
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro<\/li>\n
  • Initial experience with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and a good understanding of B2B sales processes and data analysis are an advantage<\/li>\n
  • Understanding of B2B sales and the ability to communicate complex services clearly and solution-oriented<\/li>\n
  • Enrolment in a relevant degree programme, e.g. business administration, sustainability management, communication sciences or similar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Depending on project needs and mutual interest, there is the opportunity to further develop and expand the role in the long term.<\/p>\n

    Our office is located in Berlin-Charlottenburg (Halensee). We work in a hybrid model with a balanced mix of on-site office days and flexible home-office options.<\/p>\n
