The new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) forces companies to fundamentally redesign their packaging. France: Bonus payments from 2026 \u2013 up to \u20ac1,000 per tonne<\/h2>\n\n

In France, a national bonus system will apply from 1 January 2026 for packaging with demonstrably recycled plastic content. The Arr\u00eat\u00e9 of 5 September 2025 provides bonuses of \u20ac450 to \u20ac1,000 per tonne \u2013 depending on the material and application.<\/p>\n\n

The recycled content must be confirmed by an independent, accredited certificate.<\/p>\n\n
