Allows for effective communication between horse and rider whilst encouraging relaxation and salivation. Dee ring compromises between an eggbutt and a full cheek snaffle, preventing pinching at the corners of the mouth and without the dangers posed by the arms of a full cheek snaffle. Flat lozenge center piece is set at an angle therefore causes a sharper more pronounced pressure on the tongue.
