This flustix trustmark certifies products, in particular liquid or water-soluble product contents, made without added microplastics, tested in the laboratory and confirmed by an independent conformity assessment.

The trustmark
The certification requirements are based on the only internationally recognised and followed definition of microplastics according to REACH / ECHA. The certificate is issued on the basis of laboratory testing and an independent conformity assessment of the results by our certification partners.

The certification process
Together with our internationally accredited certification and testing partners, a strong team supports you, from independent laboratory testing at the highest standard and the certificate issued by our certification partners through to communicating microplastic-freeness in line with international green-claims rules, on-product and across all marketing channels.
Complete the microplastic-free questionnaire and send it with the full INCI list to sales@flustix.com.
Based on your documents you receive your individual quote. Once accepted, you send samples to the test lab.
Testing takes place in labs internationally accredited to ISO/IEC 17025, using analytical methods such as TED GC/MS or RAMAN microscopy.
After successful testing, the results undergo an independent conformity assessment by our certification partners.
The certificate is issued and published in the official flustix database. Use your trustmark across all channels, at the point of sale, on your website and in sales.
To protect all licensees, we carry out regular lab-based compliance checks to ensure continued conformity.
