flustix celebrates the successes of Biobaula
At flustix we are always delighted when innovative and sustainable products enjoy success, receive recognition and attract media attention. All the more so, of course, when those products belong to our customers and carry a flustix seal. Here is what has been happening at Biobaula lately:
Biofach 2021 – Best New Product
For the second time, a Biobaula product has won the Best New Product Award in the non-food category at BIOFACH. This year it went to the eco laundry tabs, recently certified by flustix.

Biobaula on “Welt der Wunder TV”
The Welt der Wunder format “Green Life” deals with topics around the environmental economy as well as innovative and ecological technologies. The episode “Sustainable cleaning tabs: protecting the environment & avoiding waste” is about the natural, plastic-free cleaning tabs from Biobaula. Biobaula turns to bricks-and-mortar retail
There are now a great many cleaning tabs on the market. Most of the competition has so far relied on online sales, which is what set Biobaula apart from the other brands. “For Biobaula managing director Winkler it is important ‘that truly every person has the opportunity to switch to ecologically valuable cleaning products without plastic outer packaging’. That takes more than an online shop. The products are available in store at Müller, Budni and at dm in Austria. Other retail partners include the organic supermarkets Basic and Denn’s. ‘At Edeka they are already available in the Südwest, Südbayern and Minden-Hannover regions, with more to follow,’ says Winkler.” – as reported in a recently published article. Slowly, however, the competitors are preparing to sell through retail as well. One distinguishing feature that remains with Biobaula is flustix certification, which in this segment only Biobaula and, recently, klaeny hold.
