We are looking for support in Sales for our team at flustix | Rethink Plastics (Working Student, 15–20 h/week, starting January 2026)

As a Working Student (m/f/d) in International Sales & Operations within the field of sustainability certifications, you will work in a varied role at the interface between Sales and Process Management. In close collaboration with our Sales team, you will support us in day-to-day operations and take on recurring tasks independently – from structured client communication to administrative sales activities and support for ongoing projects.

What matters to us:

• Strong interest in sustainability topics and confidence in professional client communication (German & English)
• A structured and proactive working style, including the ability to prioritise tasks independently – even when several topics run in parallel
• Strong communication skills, service orientation and a confident, friendly demeanour
• Solid knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Initial experience with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and a good understanding of B2B sales processes and data analysis are an advantage
• Understanding of B2B sales and the ability to communicate complex services clearly and solution-oriented
• Enrolment in a relevant degree programme, e.g. business administration, sustainability management, communication sciences or similar

Depending on project needs and mutual interest, there is the opportunity to further develop and expand the role in the long term.
